Signing up is simple, if you’ve just bought from us you’ll get an email with a sign up form for you to join the programme and if you’re an existing customer, watch out for an email from us on Saturday 25th February which will have details of how you can sign up.

Once you’ve signed up for the programme, you’ll get a unique code you can pass on to friends, that’s how they get their discount and we know who recommended them!

Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide. Cost of delivery will be estimated at checkout and depending on the region, parcels will be shipped DDP or DDU.

How long will delivery take?

Once your order is placed, our warehouse will work quickly to get your order out assoon as possible. In the UK, standard delivery can take between 2-5 dayshowever, in rare cases, due to the pressure of Covid deliveries may take up to14 days.

Can I track my order?

What is your returns policy?

You can return your items within 14working days from the date of purchase, but items must be in saleableconditions, unopened and unused.
