This bundle has been developed to easily take care of your shoe cleaning needs from start to finish. Begin with the Foam Cleaner, followed by the Refresh Spray and finally the all-weather Protect Spray. 

Each canister of the Clean, Refresh and Protect spray holds a whopping 250ml of product, easily enough to keep you going through winter. 

Within the set is our Foam Cleaner, which can be used on the majority of shoe types*. Once clean and your shoes are foam free, use the refreshingly scented Refresh spray to neutralise odours, and finally lightly coat the shoe using the Protect spray to repel water and stain damage.  

Here's a step by step guide: 

1. Spray shoe with Foam Cleaner. Use your Boot Buddy to work in the foam to remove excess dirt and grime.

2. Refresh - Take shoes to a well ventilated area. Such as a garden or park. Spray inside of shoe using Refresh. Leave to air for around 15 minutes. 

3. Protect - Spray Protect evenly across the shoe in a well ventilated area. Allow 10 minutes for spray to dry. Your shoes will be protected from liquids, oil and grime. 

We recommend a second layer of the Protect spray, 24 hours following the initial protection, to ensure there are no missed spots. This process can be repeated as necessary.

*We wouldn't recommend using the Foam Cleaner on UGG boots or shoes similar to this texture, due to needing to use an abrasive brush to work in the foam. 

Although a rigorous testing process has been completed with all of our products, we do still recommend testing out the foam and sprays on an inconspicuous spot on your shoes ahead of a full coating, especially for lighter colours

UK Delivery options

UK orders for delivery to a UK address have up to two (2) delivery options –Standard Delivery (usually £2.99 and Next Day Delivery (usually £4.99) . We also offer FREE UK Standard Delivery for orders over £25. Please see below for further information about UK delivery options.

Delivery Times:

Standard Delivery: Typically takes around 3 to 7 working days

Next Day Delivery: Parcel will be delivered typically on the next working day from when the order is placed/despatched and before 3pm.

We occasionally run offers on delivery costs where, for example, we will upgrade you to Express Delivery for the same cost as standard delivery. Please see "Express Delivery".

Delivery times depend on the delivery service selected and the types of goods ordered. We always aim to despatch all goods in stock as quickly as possible.

Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain). A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If there is no safe place a calling card will be left with the courier’s contact number to arrange re-delivery. Our couriers will deliver until 9pm in most areas!

The couriers will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery.

If a courier fails to deliver "next day" on orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday (working days). We will issue a refund for difference between "standard shipping" and "next day". 

Our Returns Policy

Please note customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We, the seller, will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returned items/parcels made by the customer. Returning any items/parcel will be solely the customers responsibility. Returns must be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from the day after of receiving goods. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as the returned goods have reached our warehouse , and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation. To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and returned to us at your own cost and risk. 

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your resend via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide any pre-paid label services.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Handy little gadget

Used for some very muddy walking boots, with the cleaning foam, and then protect spray. Look like new again, and have a lot of use in muddy conditions this winter.

Smartens up....

Cleaned my rugby boots up really well, they looked brand new. Also put the protective spray on.

Better packaging needed

I bought this to give as a Birthday gift later in the year so the Boot Buddy has not been used yet. However, like Paul Mc’s review the cans arrived with cracked tops which was rather disappointing.

Packaging Needs Sorting

6 cans packed in a flimsy envelope. No real surprise that the tops were cracked. Hey, it's a first world problem, and there is far heavier s**t going on right now to get worked up about it. So, make sure your staff are ok, they are safe, their mental well-being is good, they feel valued and secure and then, when you've sorted out the big things in life you can get round to the little things like the packaging. Have a great Xmas.

2nd order so far, 1st was the full kit with the boot buddy brush. aside from the cleaner to be more dense than the 1st everything still works as intendee
